Appraisals and Over-Bidding If your client is using FHA Financing They Must
use our FHA Appraisal.
The Lender can simply request a copy using the Appraisal Request Form.
If your client Bids OVER the As-Is value listed on the website and is using FHA
financing, THEY MUST pay the difference between the as-is appraised value and
their bid in CASH at closing.
PICK UP YOUR HUD KEY
*Don't Make Copies, the copies will not work. *Feel free to stop by the Lanham office to pick up HUD keys with proper
credentials (see below) and/or ask questions. HUD keys can also be mailed to your broker
office when you fax proper credentials to 301-577-3660 and
include the mailing address*
Credentials to Pick up Keys Active Realtor License in Maryland or DC, Brokers Active HUD Registered
NAID number and Fed/State Issued Picture ID (Drivers License),
